What data we use
The site has no user accounts and does not store data on our servers. When you fill in the quote form, what you type (name, city, phone, email, type of space and message) is not sent by the site: it opens in WhatsApp or in your email app and reaches us only if you choose to send it.
Why we use it
We use it only to reply, prepare a quote and follow up on your project. The legal basis is your request and the steps before a contract. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as we need to reply and follow the project. If a contract follows, documents are kept for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
Visit statistics
To know how many visits the site gets and how many requests are sent, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not identify you: it only counts visits in aggregate.
Cookies and browser storage
The site sets no cookies. It only saves in your browser the language you chose and whether you have seen the opening animation, so the site opens the way you left it. This never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Where the site is hosted
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which briefly logs the technical data needed for security (such as IP address and time of visit). Fonts and scripts load from the same server, not from third-party services.
External links
The WhatsApp, map, social media and brand buttons open other websites, which have their own privacy rules.
Your rights
Under Albanian personal data protection law and the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data and object to its use. Write to info@arredofab.com. You also have the right to complain to the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data (idp.al).
